Refund policy
Applicable Scope: All mechanical keyboard keycap products in our store
To protect buyers' rights and standardize the return and exchange process, the following return & exchange terms apply to all keycap orders. Placing an order means you agree to this policy.
Eligible for Return & Exchange
1. Quality Defects: Free return or exchange is available for factory defects including broken, cracked, chipped keycaps, severe color difference, misaligned printing, incomplete characters and structural flaws.
2. Incorrect/Missing Items: Free reshipment, return or exchange is supported if the received keycaps do not match the order in model, layout or quantity.
3. Shipping Damage: Returns or exchanges are acceptable for collision, cracking and wear caused by logistics transportation with valid unboxing photos/videos.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable
1. Artificial Wear & Tear: Scratches, fingerprints, wear, oxidation and usage marks caused by installation, daily use or cleaning are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Subjective Reasons: No free return or exchange for personal preference issues, including screen color difference, inconsistent expectation and uncomfortable hand feel (non-quality problems).
3. Artificial Damage & Modification: Damage caused by manual polishing, painting, refitting, disassembly, dropping and soaking is not covered by return and exchange service.
4. Overdue Application: No return or exchange application will be accepted if the problem is not reported within 7 calendar days after delivery confirmation.
Return & Exchange Process
1. Problem Feedback: Contact us via store customer service, email or WhatsApp within 7 days after receiving the goods, and provide clear real photos/videos of the defective products.
2. Verification & Confirmation: We will verify the problem and reply with a solution, return address and operation guidelines within 24 hours after confirmation.
Shipping Fee Policy
1. For quality defects, incorrect shipment, missing items and shipping damage: We bear all round-trip shipping fees.
Supplementary Notes
1. All returned products must be kept in original packaging with complete accessories, no manual modification or secondary damage. Unqualified returns will be rejected.
2. As precise miniature accessories, keycaps may have slight texture, tiny light transmission points and minor color difference due to production process, which are normal and not regarded as quality defects.
